As a sales analytics analyst, your primary focus will be on building insightful dashboards to enhance our understanding of the business. Your role is crucial in providing deeper insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize performance across various aspects of our business. By leveraging your analytical skills and expertise, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable information that empowers teams to make informed decisions
Compensation

To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $201,300 - $268,400
Zone B: $181,200 - $241,600
Zone C: $167,100 - $222,800
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

Responsibilities:
Build interactive and insightful dashboards using Tableau to visualize sales data effectively.
Collaborate with the sales analytics team to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposes.
Analyze trends and patterns in sales data to provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain reporting processes to streamline data visualization.
On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:
5+ years of experience in Sales Data Analysis, Strategy or Business Analysis, or relevant experience using data to drive insights at industry-leading companies
Experience with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, and Salesforce
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing environments and initiatives
An excellent communicator and passionate to collaborate with global, multi-functional teams
A willingness to accept failure, learn and try again
It’s preferred, but not required that you have:
A degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related analytical field
Technology or Software / SaaS industry experience
