About the Team:
You will have the opportunity to help develop, and execute tasks that support growth, performance, and future objectives at a rapidly growing company. An ideal candidate is self-motivated, independent, has a sharp attention to detail and expert-level data analysis skills, and has a background in finance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Data management, modeling, analysis and reporting
- Support current monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting & budgeting processes
- Develop understanding of current business flows, processes, systems
- Deliver reporting to highlight monthly activity, KPIs
- Partner with internal teams to support various external requests
Skills / Experience You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- 2+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, business analytics, or similar operational role
- Strong attention to details and ability to communicate complex information, clearly and concisely
- Highly analytical, resourceful, flexible, team oriented, and organized individual with a proven track record of end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic business environment
- Comfortable with data: management, manipulation, visualization, and reporting; ability to refine complex data sets into actionable insights
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Enthusiastic about learning and sharing ideas and strategies that can help both our Finance & Operations team and wider teams achieve greater success
Skills / Experience Preferred:
- Familiarity with accounting software programs such as Stripe, Salesforce, Snowflake and Netsuite
- Familiarity with SQL data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Agile workflow
