The base salary range for this role is $151,952 per year - $249,635 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.

As a Director of Marketing Analytics at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will be responsible for all facets of marketing analytics assisting the team in making critical business decisions. Reporting into the SVP of Integrated strategy, you will play an integral role across the wider Marketing team, as well as the wider Fanatics Betting & Gaming team.


Responsibilities

    • Ownership and accountability for marketing channel performance and trend analysis
    • Designing and implementing reporting in partnership with marketing and finance teams leading to weekly, monthly, and quarterly readouts
    • Partner with cross functional teams internal and external to ensure data cleanliness and marketing systems where applicable to data
    • Lead partnership and process with the Director of Marketing Finance as well as the great finance team with a focus on budgets tracking and performance for alignment
    • Develop Exec level readouts/updates for the Senior Leadership team within Fanatics Betting & Gaming
    • Drive critical inputs in key GTM strategies and new markets as the business continues to grow
    • Work cross-functionally across the entire Fanatics ecosystem to best utilize and incorporate Fanatics’ strategic assets into the FBG marketing

Experience and Skills

    • A real passion for Sports, and an inherent understanding of what Sports fans want in order to be entertained
    • Bachelor's degree or more and preferred in quantitative discipline
    • 8+ years of marketing strategy and analytics experience
    • Expertise in measurement tools and methodologies across digital and offline channels, including multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, incrementality testing, and brand lift studies
    • Project management skills to identify the business question, determine project scope and timing, and manage communication with partners
    • Experience managing cross functional relationships
    • Excellence presenting to all levels, from Exec to IC members of teams
    • Experience with marketing platforms, e.g. Appsflyer, Optimove, Amplitude, Sprinklr, Snowflake, Google Tag Manager, Search 360, Display 360, Facebook Campaign Manager
    • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud optional
    • Advanced data visualization and SQL skills. Python/R optional
    • Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings
