As a Data Scientist focused on Causality, you'll make key contributions to an important next step in the evolution of our platform: enabling forecasting-based decision making. You'll also work with our rich, extensive dataset to grow our causal understanding of key variables – forecast accuracy and question popularity, for example – and to enable data-driven internal decision making, ensuring the long-term health and growth of the platform.

• A deep theoretical understanding of causality, especially causal inference
• A proven track record of applying ideas from causality to drive decision making in practice
