How will this role have an impact?

We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join an existing team as we expand our data quality capabilities.  Signify Health works closely with our clients to improve how we collectively use data to improve health care.  This role will help our internal and external stakeholders detect and resolve data issues.

This role will report to the Director, Data Quality Management.

What will you do?

• Work with team members in understanding and conducting data quality activities.  
• Work with data stakeholders to translate business requirements into data investigations, troubleshoot existing logic, develop new logic, conduct drill downs, and implement updates.
• Work with team leads to plan and prioritize workload.
• Assist in collecting and translating data findings into data quality monitoring metrics and logic.
• Use tools to edit existing logic, write new logic to calculate metrics, conduct investigations.
• Assist in rolling out new initiatives associated with improving overall quality and processes.

Who are you?

• At least 1 year of working on data analytics or data quality using existing software or by writing SQL scripts.
• Good communicator (written and oral) of data-related topics.
• Experience or desire to work across multiple workstreams or data teams.
• Experience in data quality with large data sets.
• Experience in using tools such as Alteryx, PowerBI, DBT, or similar.
• Some experience with healthcare data is preferred.
