Data Analyst, Client Insights, Value-Based Care

How will this role have an impact?

The Data Analyst, Client Insights, Value-Based Care Solutions will be responsible for developing, producing, and translating insights on the performance of healthcare providers delivering care to patients in value-based care programs.  This role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and problem solving skills.  Analysis will be based on large and diverse data sources, including claims from payers and information gathered from internal surveys and trackers.  This individual will work closely with delivery team members and leadership, as well as product and analytics teams to identify information needs, develop deliverables and reports, and identify actionable insights to drive client performance.

This role will report to our VP, Client Insights.

What will you do?

• Support the successful delivery of data-driven insights derived from both standard and ad-hoc analyses to internal stakeholders
• Train delivery team members and communicate best practices in using data to drive outcomes
• Develop processes and approaches to effectively measure and communicate progress in implementing programs
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to support timely, accurate, and effective execution of key deliverables
• Communicate business needs and perspective to analytics and product teams
• Identify emerging analytic needs and collaborate with delivery team leadership, product, and analytics teams to develop and deliver reports to meet said needs

We are looking for someone with:

• Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly the ability to convey technical information in an accessible and understandable manner
• Innovative and strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
• An interest in Healthcare and Value-Based Care models
• 2-3 years in healthcare analytics or consulting role is preferred
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field to the role. Masters of Public Health, Health Care Management or other relevant advanced degree is a plus
