About The Role:

As a leader within Headway’s Revenue Operations org, reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build, shape, and lead an operational function directly responsible for unlocking Headway’s growth to drive provider activation, retention, and share of wallet. 

As Headway scales to deliver high quality behavioral healthcare for millions of people across the country, the complexity of the operational landscape within which we operate has also increased exponentially. To this end, in our journey to build next generation healthcare growth infrastructure, we’re seeking an operational leader to grow and shape a truly mission-critical function responsible for scaling Headway’s growth engine.

You will: 

  • Utilize BI tools and techniques to conduct in-depth data analyses, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations, to generate actionable insights that drive business decisions across the entire Growth org.
  • Build and maintain advanced data models that support more complex analytics (i.e., predictive modeling, statistical analysis) to uncover deeper insights from data.
  • Own and manage all tracking / reporting in collaboration with x-functional partners on Data Team (i.e., Senior Data Analysts) to ensure accurate updates and timely troubleshooting.
  • Proactively leveraging data-driven insights and knowledge of emerging trends / technologies in BI to identify areas for data optimization and innovation within the Growth organization (e.g., innovative approaches to data analysis / visualizations, and implementing BI solutions that enhance decision-making)
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across BUs to understand their strategic objectives and challenges, proactively providing analytical support / recommendations to achieving goals.

You’d be a great fit if...

  • You have 3+ YOE (including experience in Analytics or Data Science roles). Prior experience in high growth startups and/or Growth functions is nice to have.
  • You have 3+ years of technical analysis experience to include writing SQL queries (e.g., accurate use of aggregate functions (i.e., COUNT and MAX), CTEs (common table expressions), joining tables, and window functions).
  • You have 3+ years of experience operating visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and Salesforce
  • You have experience working with sales teams, sales managers, driving reporting and deriving insights to influence outcomes
  • You naturally break down complex, unfamiliar problems into well-defined, easy to understand areas of work
  • You have a passion for and experience leading projects and working x-functionally with people in an operational/analytical capacity
  • You have a strong orientation towards outcomes and a history of being scrappy where it counts.
  • You are skilled at navigating complex relationships with senior x-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes; you naturally build win-win relationships that drive mutual success in the long term

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary information is based on a single salary target per role and is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C)
    • Group A: $140,000
    • Group B: $126,000
    • Group C: $112,000
    • Examples of cities located in each Compensation Grouping:
      • Group A = NYC, SF/Bay Area, LA Area, Seattle, Boston, Austin, and San Diego
      • Group B = Chicago, Miami, Denver, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Nashville, Sacramento, Phoenix, and Portland
      • Group C = All remaining cities
