The Revenue Optimization and Strategy team acts as the quarterback for marketplace health across the SmartAdvisor business line. Marketplace health is a function of how well leads can be matched to financial advisors, i.e. matching efficiency, as well as maximizing the total advisor budget utilized in a given month. Taken together, the Revenue Optimization team is responsible for the overarching business objective of maximizing profit. With an eye on margin, the Revenue Optimization team works with stakeholders across the company to identify, vet, prioritize, and track initiatives that support improvement in company margin and improve overall marketplace health.
We’re looking to add a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to focus on optimizing lead distribution and matching efficiency across the advisor base. This analyst will be responsible for analyzing how various advisor segments perform, in addition to continuously monitoring the effectiveness with how our internal algorithm scores and weights potential matches between investors and advisors. In addition, this analyst will create and maintain core BI reporting used by the business to understand intra month pacing, revenue per lead, and forecasted revenue.
This analyst will provide guidance as to where our marketing and sales teams need to target in an effort to correct imbalances in supply and demand by geography and savings tier. Supporting the sales team in higher-end analytics, including but not limited to churn analysis, account matching setup optimization, pricing changes, TAM sizing, etc. are also within scope for this position.
